Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 applies
  • COD orders may incur an additional fee

🔁 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact

Items Not Eligible:

  • Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)
  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Refunds:

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange for a different size or item, please mention it while raising your return request. Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
